Role Description The RSVP & Hospitality Lead is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad, responsible for overseeing guest communications and hospitality operations for events. Day-to-day tasks include managing RSVPs, tracking guest lists, and coordinating seating and special requirements with the event planning team.

The role involves supervising hospitality staff, ensuring high standards of guest service, and coordinating food and beverage arrangements in line with event specifications.



The RSVP & Hospitality Lead will also handle in office guest inquiries, resolve service issues promptly, and collaborate closely with event managers to maintain a smooth and welcoming experience for all attendees.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Customer Service and Hospitality skills to ensure a high-quality guest experience.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to manage RSVPs, coordinate with stakeholders, and handle guest interactions.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of Food & Beverage and Hospitality Service to oversee catering and service standards during events.
- Relevant experience in event management, weddings, or corporate events is highly beneficial.
- Ability to lead and coordinate on-site teams, multitask under pressure, and maintain a professional and courteous demeanor.
- Proficiency with basic office tools and event management software is an advantage.
- Formal education in hospitality management, event management, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
