Role Purpose

Responsible for preparing and updating retail store layouts, technical drawings, and detailed AutoCAD plans to support new store openings, renovations, and store projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare retail store layouts, floor plans, elevations, sections, and detailed drawings using AutoCAD.
- Develop layouts for fixtures, furniture, racks, counters, storage, signage, and customer movement areas.
- Coordinate with Interior Designers, Project Managers, Architects, and site teams to finalize drawings.
- Modify drawings based on site conditions, design changes, and project requirements.
- Prepare accurate working and execution drawings for retail stores.
- Conduct site visits and provide technical support for layout-related issues.
- Maintain drawing records, revisions, and documentation.
- Ensure drawings comply with project standards, dimensions, and timelines.





Experience & Qualification
- 6–15 years of experience in Retail Store Planning, Interior Design, Architecture, or Commercial Projects.
- Robust knowledge of AutoCAD; SketchUp knowledge is preferred.
- Experience in retail store layouts, shopfitting, fixtures, and working drawings.
- Diploma/Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- Good coordination, attention to detail, and understanding of measurements and drawings.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or SketchUp for creating floor plans and designs.
- Strong understanding of space planning principles, including optimization for maximum profitability.
