Jewellery Sales Executive – Roles & Responsibilities

- Welcome and assist customers in selecting jewellery based on their requirements and budget.

- Explain product details, designs, purity, making charges, pricing, and offers.

- Achieve daily/monthly sales targets and contribute to store revenue.

- Handle customer queries and provide excellent customer service.

- Build strong relationships with existing and recent customers.

- Generate leads through follow-ups, calls, and walk-in customers.

- Conduct product demonstrations and suggest suitable jewellery options.

- Handle billing, estimation, exchange, and order-related coordination.

- Maintain proper display and presentation of jewellery at the counter.

- Follow up with customers regarding enquiries, orders, and future purchases.

- Maintain knowledge of current jewellery trends, collections, and promotions.

- Coordinate with the Store Manager and other team members for smooth store operations.

- Ensure proper handling and security of jewellery as per company procedures.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
