Roles and Responsibilities:
- Achieve store sales targets and monitor KPIs like conversion, UPT and ABV.
- Lead, motivate and train the retail sales team.
- Ensure excellent premium customer service and handle escalations.
- Manage stock, inventory, billing and cash operations.
- Maintain visual merchandising and store standards.
- Prepare daily/weekly sales and operational reports.
- Coordinate with HO, HR, Finance, Logistics, VM and Customer Service.
- Drive upselling, cross-selling and repeat customers.
