HIRING – Retail Sales Associate – Freshers

Role: Retail Sales Associate – Apprenticeship

Location: City Centre 1, Salt Lake, Kolkata

Responsibilities:

- Assist customers with product selection
- Handle customer queries
- Support sales & achieve targets
- Maintain store displays & standards
- Support daily store operations

Selection Process:

HR Round → Assessment → Final Selection

Requirements

Graduation Pass-outs: 2022–2026

- Freshers can apply
- Basic English communication required

Job Details:

- Apprenticeship under NATS
- 6 Days Working | 1 Day Week Off
- Rotational Shifts
- Shift Window: 10 AM – 10 PM
- 9 Hrs Work + 1 Hr Break

Advantages

Salary: ₹12,700/month In-hand
