Role Description The Retail Project Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in West Delhi, responsible for overseeing retail fit-out projects from concept to completion. This includes planning project timelines, defining scope, and coordinating resources such as contractors, vendors, and internal teams. The role involves monitoring progress in office, managing budgets and cost control, ensuring quality standards, and resolving issues that may affect schedules or deliverables.

Manager will regularly communicate with clients to provide updates, manage expectations, and incorporate feedback into project plans. The position also requires maintaining documentation,



ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory requirements, and continuously improving processes to enhance project outcomes.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Project Management and Project Planning skills to oversee multiple retail fit-out projects and ensure timely delivery.
- Candidates should possess solid Budgeting and Analytical Skills to manage project costs, track financial performance, and make data-informed decisions.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to collaborate with clients, vendors, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
- Relevant experience in retail, commercial, or interior fit-out projects, with knowledge of construction processes and vendor management.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with project management tools and basic office software; familiarity with scheduling and reporting tools is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in West Delhi, including regular site visits and coordination with on-ground teams.
