We are looking for an enthusiastic, well-groomed and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our jewellery showroom. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and customer-handling skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to understand customer requirements and recommend suitable jewellery products.

The candidate will be responsible for providing an exceptional showroom experience, achieving sales targets, building customer relationships and contributing to the overall growth of the business.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and assist customers visiting the jewellery showroom in a professional and courteous manner.
- Understand customer requirements, preferences and budget to recommend suitable jewellery.
- Present and explain different jewellery designs, collections, materials and product features.
- Demonstrate strong product knowledge and communicate the value and uniqueness of jewellery pieces.
- Handle customer queries regarding designs, pricing, making charges, offers and payment options.
- Build strong and long-term relationships with customers.
- Actively convert showroom enquiries into successful sales.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Follow up with prospective customers through calls and messages.
- Maintain proper records of customer enquiries and follow-ups.
- Assist customers during the selection, billing and delivery process.




- Coordinate with the billing, accounts and showroom teams to ensure smooth customer transactions.
- Inform customers about new collections, special offers and promotional activities.
- Maintain proper presentation and display of jewellery products.
- Ensure jewellery is handled carefully and securely while showing products to customers.
- Maintain a clean, organized and professional showroom environment.
- Handle customer complaints and concerns professionally and coordinate with the concerned team for timely resolution.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in jewellery, retail, luxury retail, fashion or showroom sales preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
- Good convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Target-oriented and motivated to achieve sales goals.
- Well-groomed and skilled personality.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and basic computer operations.
- Ability to learn and explain jewellery products effectively.
- Good numerical skills and attention to detail.
- Honest, reliable and responsible while handling high-value products.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced showroom environment.

Pay: Up to ₹15,000.00 per month
