Hotel Malika Residency, a three-star hotel in Ettumanoor, is hiring a Restobar Steward/Waiter for its Food & Beverage Service team.

We welcome applications from final-year hotel-management students, freshers, recent graduates and experienced candidates. The selected candidate should have a positive attitude towards hospitality and be committed to providing courteous and professional service to guests.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome guests and assist them with seating
- Present menus and explain available food and beverage options
- Take orders accurately and communicate them to the kitchen and bar
- Serve food and beverages professionally and promptly
- Attend to guest requests and help resolve service-related concerns
- Prepare and maintain tables and service areas
- Coordinate effectively with the kitchen, bar and billing teams
- Follow the hotel’s hygiene, grooming and service standards

Candidate Eligibility





- Final-year hotel-management students may apply
- Freshers and recent graduates are encouraged to apply
- Experienced restaurant or restobar service staff are welcome
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional attitude and willingness to learn
- Willingness to work according to hotel operational shifts

Prior restaurant or restobar experience is an advantage but is not compulsory.
