Role Overview: We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Humanities Evaluation Specialist to work on a contract basis. The position is fully remote and listed on the Micro1 platform. In this role, you will design, evaluate, and annotate complex humanities, literature, history, and philosophy benchmarks to assess nuanced reasoning, textual analysis, and cultural competence in advanced AI models.

Key Responsibilities:

- Formulate deep qualitative prompts, text analysis queries, and comparative historical/literary evaluation tasks.
- Critically assess AI model outputs for rhetorical subtlety, historical accuracy, contextual grounding, and logical consistency.
- Develop comprehensive evaluation rubrics and grading standards across humanities disciplines.
- Identify subtle factual inaccuracies, cultural misinterpretations, and reasoning flaws in generated analyses.
- Document findings clearly and provide constructive feedback to AI training and evaluation teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Master’s degree or PhD in History,



Philosophy, Literature, Classics, or a related humanities field.
- Exceptional analytical reading, critical thinking, and written argumentation capabilities in English.
- Demonstrated experience in academic writing, peer review, or qualitative research methodology.
- Familiarity with AI evaluation principles, prompt engineering, or human-in-the-loop annotation workflows is a plus.
- High attention to detail and ability to work independently in a remote workplace.
