Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Relationship Manager Mortgage to manage and drive the home loan/mortgage business while leading a team of sales professionals. The candidate will be responsible for achieving business targets, managing customer relationships, developing sourcing channels, and ensuring effective team performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, manage, and motivate a team of Mortgage/Loan Sales executives.
- Drive home loan and mortgage loan business through direct and channel sales.
- Generate new business through DSA, connectors, builders, brokers, and other sourcing channels .
- Manage customer relationships from lead generation to loan disbursement.
- Monitor team productivity, sales pipeline, conversions, and achievement of targets.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners.
- Ensure proper documentation, credit coordination, and timely processing of loan applications.




- Identify new business opportunities and expand the market/customer base.
- Conduct regular team reviews and provide guidance to improve sales performance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, KYC, documentation, and regulatory requirements.

Candidate Profile
- Experience: 38 years in Mortgage / Home Loan / LAP / Housing Finance sales.
- Prior team-handling experience is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of the mortgage/home loan sales process.
- Good communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
- Robust target orientation and ability to manage a sales team.
- Experience in handling DSA/Channel/Builder relationships will be an advantage.
