We are looking for an experienced Relationship Manager with strong knowledge of the Forex and Stock Market. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in financial advisory, stock market, forex, or investment-related roles and be confident in managing client relationships and providing market-related guidance.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.

Have a good understanding of Forex markets, currency pairs, market movements, and trading concepts.

Provide clients with relevant market updates and product/service information in a clear and professional manner.

Understand client requirements and provide appropriate assistance based on their trading/investment interests.

Follow up with leads and convert potential clients into active customers.

Handle client queries and ensure timely resolution of issues.

Maintain regular communication with clients through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.

Stay updated with stock market, forex trends, economic events, and financial news.





Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and ongoing support.

Maintain proper records of client interactions, follow-ups, and daily activities.

Achieve assigned performance and client-retention targets.

Requirements

1–2 years of relevant experience in Forex, Stock Market, Financial Advisory, Broking, or a similar financial-services role.

Strong practical knowledge of Forex and Stock Market.

Good understanding of technical/fundamental market concepts is preferred.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong client-handling and relationship-management abilities.

Good convincing, negotiation, and follow-up skills.

Target-oriented with a proactive approach.

Ability to explain financial/trading concepts to clients in a simple and professional manner.

Basic knowledge of CRM, MS Excel, and client-management tools will be an advantage.
