Registration: Valid Telangana Nursing Council Registration is mandatory.
- Provide secure, compassionate and quality nursing care to patients.
- Monitor and record vital signs and patient condition.
- Administer medications, injections, IV fluids and treatments as prescribed.
- Assist doctors during clinical procedures, rounds and emergencies.
- Maintain accurate nursing notes, medication charts and patient records.
- Follow infection-control, patient-safety and hospital protocols.
- Ensure proper handover of patient information between shifts.
- Educate patients and attendants regarding treatment, medication and post-discharge care.
- Coordinate with doctors and other healthcare professionals for effective patient care.
- Maintain nursing equipment, supplies and a clean, safe patient-care environment.
