Role & responsibilities

- Lead and manage a regional sales team of 3 members across Mumbai, Ahmedabad and Kolkata.

- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve revenue, profitability, market-share and growth targets.

- Drive business across Maharashtra, Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh and East India West Bengal, Northeast, Bihar and Odisha.

- Build and strengthen relationships with KOLs, hospitals, key accounts and distributors.

- Drive therapy adoption, product mix, market development and current account acquisition.

- Coach, train and develop sales team members; monitor individual and regional performance.

- Manage sales forecasting, product availability, AR/commercial performance and customer satisfaction.

- Monitor competition and market trends and implement relevant marketing initiatives.

- Collaborate with Marketing, Finance, Logistics and Customer Service teams to achieve business objectives.

- Extensive domestic travel across the assigned geography.

Preferred candidate profile

- Currently based in Mumbai Mandatory.





- Bachelors / Management degree in Business, Sales, Marketing or equivalent.

- 10+ years of sales management / 3 to 5+ years of team leadership experience;

experience managing even a 2+ member team will be considered.

- Strong business exposure in Maharashtra & Gujarat Mandatory; East India exposure preferred.

- Strong experience in Interventional Cardiology and/or Interventional Radiology / Vascular / Peripheral Intervention Mandatory.

- Candidates from Medical Devices or Super-Specialty Pharmaceutical sales backgrounds are eligible.

- Medical-device / therapy experience preferred.

- Senior Area Sales Managers / Business Managers with relevant experience and strong therapy expertise may also be considered.

- Strong leadership, KOL management, key account management, negotiation and business-development skills.

- Willingness to travel extensively across the assigned territory.
