NCL Buildtek Ltd is hiring a Regional Sales Manager for Steel / Metal Doors Sales &

- Marketing having experience in Retail / Channel &
- Dealer Sales. Candidate will be based out of Hyderabad and will be responsible for Andhra Pradesh &
- Telangana states.

Responsibilities :-
- Identify, appoint and onboard Dealers, Distributors and Retailers across the region.
- Drive regional sales of Steel Doors and achieve sales and collection targets.
- Expand and strengthen the channel network and drive primary & secondary sales.
- Generate new business opportunities through market development and regular customer visits.
- Manage key accounts and build robust relationships with dealers and retailers.
- Implement sales schemes, promotional activities and regional business strategies.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities and pricing.
- Lead, manage and motivate the regional sales team to achieve individual and regional targets.
- Set sales targets for team members,



monitor performance and provide regular guidance and support.
- Coordinate with Operations for order processing, dispatch, installation and customer requirements.
- Ensure timely payment follow-up and collections.
- Prepare sales forecasts, MIS and market reports.

Desired Profile:-
- 15 to 18 years of experience in Sales &
- Marketing, preferably in Steel/Metal Doors.
- Qualification: Graduate or Post Graduation
- Strong experience in Dealer/Distributor/Retailer appointment and channel development.
- Strong regional market knowledge and customer network.
- Proven experience in team handling, sales target management and territory expansion.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Result-oriented, proactive and self-driven.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
