- Providing HR guidance to line management (Recent sites setup, Org. charts, workforce budget, training, grievance handling, performance appraisals, promotions, transfers, deputations, confirmations, disciplinary actions, industrial relations, regulatory/statutory compliance, etc.)
- Act as an employee champion and change agent, managing employee relations and maintain cordial Industrial relations.
- Assess whether the employee’s KRAs are aligned to business goals.
- Analyzes trends, metrics, WC claims& wage settlements to develop solutions, initiatives, and policies.
- Improve work culture and build morale and productivity to ensure less attrition through talent engagement programs.
- Manage site HRBPs and ensure smooth HR Operations across all the sites in the respective business units.
- Serve as a single point of contact to the line management for all HR activities.
