Amethyst Partners specialises in recruitment and executive search across financial services, investment management, corporate services, insurance and fintech. As our business continues to grow, we are looking for a Recruitment Researcher to join our Mumbai team.

This is a candidate-focused recruitment role covering the full delivery process—from understanding a client's hiring requirements and identifying suitable talent, through interviews and offer coordination to successful onboarding.

The position is suitable for fresh graduates or early-career professionals who are interested in developing a career in recruitment and executive search. Candidates with relevant experience may be considered for a more senior position.

Work Arrangement:

Office: Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm

Location: Nariman Point, Mumbai

Key Responsibilities:

- Understand Hiring Requirements – Work with Consultants and Managers to understand client businesses, job requirements and candidate profiles required for each search.
- Talent Research & Sourcing – Research target companies, industries and talent markets to identify suitable candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, databases and other sourcing channels.
- Candidate Screening – Engage and screen potential candidates to assess their experience, career interests and suitability for opportunities.
- Candidate Management – Build professional relationships with candidates and maintain regular communication throughout the recruitment process.
- Interview Coordination – Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates,



follow up on feedback and keep the recruitment process moving efficiently.
- Offer & Onboarding Support – Assist with offer coordination, documentation, reference checks and follow-up through to successful onboarding.
- Database & Market Intelligence – Maintain accurate candidate information and continuously build knowledge of relevant industries, companies and talent markets.
- Team Delivery – Work closely with Consultants and Managers to meet search timelines, candidate delivery expectations and placement targets.

Key Requirements:

- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources or any related discipline
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Previous recruitment, HR, research, customer service or other people-facing experience will be an advantage
- Valuable verbal and written communication skills in English
- Comfortable speaking with and engaging professionals across different levels
- Curious and willing to learn about different industries, companies and professional roles
- Good research, organisation and follow-up skills
- Self-motivated, responsible and comfortable working towards recruitment and delivery targets
- Keen to develop a long-term career in recruitment and executive search

Candidates with relevant recruitment or executive search experience may be considered for a Senior Recruitment Researcher position. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
