*Screen and shortlist candidates based on client requirements
*Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate subsequent interview rounds

*Build and maintain a solid candidate database and talent pipeline
*Coordinate with clients and hiring managers on recruitment requirements
*Drive timely closure of open positions while maintaining quality standards
*Prepare recruitment reports and maintain hiring trackers
*Support onboarding and candidate documentation processes
*Independently manage recruitment activities and ensure effective client coordination
