: US Non-IT Recruiter

- Role Overview

: Seeking a high-energy, communication-driven skilled to handle end-to-end US Non-IT recruitment cycles with speed and precision at Silverspace Inc

- Location

: On-site at 605, 6th Floor, Silicon Tower, C.G. Road, Ellisbridge, Ahmedabad.

- Shift Timing

: 06:30 PM to 03:30 AM IST (Night Shift), 5 days a week.

Key Responsibilities

- Execute full-cycle recruitment by sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various Non-IT positions across the US market.

- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of quality talent through proactive sourcing rather than relying solely on job boards.

- Manage stakeholder alignment by coordinating with internal teams to understand client requirements and deliver top-tier talent consistently.

- Maintain excellent rapport with candidates to ensure high show-up rates and successful placements.

Candidate Requirements

- Experience

:



Minimum 2 years of proven track record in US Recruitment.

- Communication

: Top-notch verbal and written English skills are mandatory to communicate effectively and persuasively with US-based candidates.

- Flexibility & Focus

: Strong understanding of recruitment processes with a heavy emphasis on top-notch communication capabilities.

- Shift Availability

: Must be comfortable working the night shift on-site at the Ahmedabad office.
