We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic HR Executive / Recruitment Executive to join our HR team. The candidate will be responsible for handling end-to-end recruitment activities, sourcing suitable candidates, conducting initial screenings, coordinating interviews, and ensuring timely follow-up until joining.

Freshers with excellent communication skills and a strong interest in recruitment are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand manpower requirements and hiring needs from the respective departments.
- Working on different portals to get the clients / students to enroll on the empowerment panel of company web portals and channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates according to job requirements.
- Conduct initial telephonic/HR screening interviews.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Organize and manage walk-in interviews (11th & 12th Sept from 10:00 am to 12:00pm) and candidate interactions.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview status, documentation, offers, and joining dates.
- Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and daily/weekly hiring reports.
- Coordinate offer rollouts and joining formalities.
- Assist with employee onboarding and induction.
- Maintain accurate recruitment and employee documentation.
- Achieve daily, weekly,



and monthly recruitment targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure vacancies are closed within the required timelines.
- Support other HR activities as required.

Required Skills

- Basic knowledge of recruitment and selection processes.
- Ability to work with job portals and social media recruitment platforms.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.

Eligibility

- Any Graduate; MBA/PGDM in HR is an added advantage.
- Freshers can apply.

Pay: ₹10,770.46 - ₹30,284.10 per month
