Role Description The Receptionist role at JAIN PROPERTY CONSULTANTS is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai. The Receptionist will manage the front desk, greet visitors, and ensure a professional and welcoming environment. Daily tasks include answering and directing phone calls, handling inquiries from walk-in clients, scheduling appointments, and maintaining visitor logs.

The role also involves performing basic clerical duties such as managing correspondence, organizing files, and supporting the administrative team with documentation.



The Receptionist will coordinate with consultants and other staff to pass on messages promptly, provide accurate information, and help ensure smooth office operations.

Qualifications

- Strong receptionist duties and front desk management skills, including greeting visitors and handling inquiries
- Excellent phone etiquette and ability to manage multiple calls professionally
- Solid clerical skills, such as filing, record-keeping, and handling basic office documentation
- Clear and courteous communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proven customer service skills, with a focus on politeness, patience, and problem-solving
- Basic computer proficiency (email, calendars, office software); familiarity with real estate processes is an advantage
- Ability to stay organized, manage time effectively, and maintain confidentiality
- Prior experience in a receptionist or front office role preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required
