Role Description The Real Estate Specialist role is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram.

The Real Estate

Specialist will support clients through the full property lifecycle, including property search, evaluation, and transaction support for residential, commercial, and investment properties. Daily responsibilities include conducting property visits, preparing listings, coordinating with internal design and project teams, and advising clients on market trends, pricing, and investment opportunities. The role involves managing client interactions, responding to inquiries,



maintaining accurate property documentation, and ensuring a transparent and smooth transaction process.

The Real Estate

Specialist will collaborate closely with sales, development, and design teams to deliver integrated solutions that align with client requirements and company standards.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Real Estate and Real Property, with knowledge of local market dynamics and property valuation.
- Experience in Real Estate Development, including understanding of project lifecycles, planning, and execution.
- Proven Sales abilities, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing property transactions.
- Excellent Customer Service skills, with a client-focused approach and ability to manage relationships professionally.
- Valuable communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work on-site in Gurugram, conduct property visits, and manage multiple assignments simultaneously.
- Comfort with basic digital tools and property management software; familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, Architecture, Urban Planning, or a related field preferred.
- Prior experience in residential or commercial real estate brokerage or advisory is beneficial.
