Identify and connect with prospective buyers/investors for bank auction properties.
•Conduct field visits, site showings, and client meetings.
•Generate leads through market visits, brokers, and personal networks.
•Explain property details, auction process, and documentation to clients.
•Coordinate with internal teams for property listings, pricing, and legal documentation.
•Assist clients throughout the auction and purchase process.
•Maintain a database of leads, follow-ups, and closures.
•Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue goals.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
