Job Summary

We are looking for confident and enthusiastic Content Creator Interns to represent White Collar Realty through engaging Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, property walkthroughs, and informative real estate videos.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable in front of the camera, communicate naturally, understand attention-grabbing hooks, and have a genuine passion for creating social media content.

Key Responsibilities

- Appear in Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, property walkthroughs, and promotional videos
- Present real estate information in an engaging and easy-to-understand manner
- Deliver scripts naturally with confidence, clarity, and the right expressions
- Understand and use strong opening hooks to capture viewers’ attention
- Participate in office shoots, property shoots, interviews, and trending video concepts
- Collaborate with the marketing team on scripts, topics, and content ideas
- Research social media trends and suggest relevant video concepts
- Understand the target audience and present content according to their interests
- Build a professional and trustworthy on-camera presence for the company
- Improve presentation style, voice modulation, body language, and storytelling through regular practice and feedback

Skills and Qualifications





- Confident and comfortable appearing on camera
- Strong verbal communication and presentation skills
- Ability to speak clearly in Hindi, English, or both
- Good understanding of Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts
- Ability to understand hooks, scripts, trends, and audience engagement
- Expressive personality with natural screen presence
- Creative mindset and passion for content creation
- Willingness to learn about Gurgaon and Dubai real estate
- Ability to accept feedback and work collaboratively
- Students, recent graduates, freshers, aspiring presenters, actors, influencers, and social media creators may apply
