- Good understanding of payroll experience in reading payroll/Time results from cluster tables.

- Basic understanding of PA, OM, PY etc.

- Knowledge and experience in developing Enhancements, Functions, Operations, Features etc. in HCM.

/n

- Creation and enhancement of Infotypes in PA and OM.

/n

- Knowledge and Experience in Web dynpros, Workflow design and programming.

/n

- Knowledge HCM processes and forms desirable, but not mandatory.

- Valuable ABAP skills in Data Dictionary,



Dialog programming, ALV reporting, BDCs, BAPIs, RFCs, BADI, User Exits, Open SQL, Performance tuning etc.

- Knowledge in OOABAP.
