CT Radiographer – Radiology Department

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced CT Radiographer to perform CT examinations safely and efficiently, ensuring high-quality diagnostic imaging, patient safety and compliance with NABH-aligned protocols and radiation safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform CT scans as per prescribed protocols and radiologist instructions.
- Verify patient identity, clinical details, investigations and consent requirements.
- Ensure proper patient positioning, preparation and communication before procedures.
- Operate CT equipment safely and identify/report equipment abnormalities.
- Follow radiation protection and eLORA principles at all times.
- Assist with contrast-enhanced CT procedures and monitor patients as per hospital protocol.
- Maintain accurate imaging records, logs and documentation.
- Follow infection prevention, patient identification and emergency response protocols.
- Ensure cleanliness,



readiness and secure handling of CT equipment and accessories.
- Coordinate with Radiologists, Nurses and other departments for smooth workflow.
- Participate in quality audits, equipment checks, training and quality improvement activities.
- Comply with hospital SOPs, statutory requirements and NABH standards.

Eligibility:

- B.Sc Radiography / B.Sc Medical Imaging Technology / Diploma in Radiography from a recognized institution.
- Valid registration/licence as applicable.
- 2+ years of CT experience preferred.
- Experience with modern multi-slice CT equipment will be an advantage.
- Good communication, patient-handling and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to work in shifts, including emergency/on-call duties.
