Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Engineer/Sr Engineer with a strong background in materials manufacturing and project management. This role involves leading research and development initiatives, managing cross-functional projects, and driving innovation in material processing and product development to meet technical and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Product Development

- Development of products as per customer requirements.
- Conduct detailed analysis and testing of materials to ensure compliance with industry standards and specifications.

Project Management

- Plan, coordinate, and execute R&D; projects, ensuring timely delivery of milestones and adherence to budgets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, manufacturing, and quality to ensure seamless project execution.
- Track project progress, manage risks,



and implement corrective actions when needed.

Design and Testing

- Oversee prototype development and testing, ensuring alignment with technical requirements and performance goals.
- Evaluate test results and prepare technical reports and recommendations.

Documentation and Compliance

- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, test protocols, and technical reports.
- Ensure all projects comply with relevant industry standards, certifications, and regulatory requirements (e.g., ASTM, ISO, ROHS).

Job Types: Full time, Permanent, Fresher Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
