- Inspect plastic injection moulded parts during production as per approved drawings, specifications, samples and inspection standards.

- Perform first-piece, in-process and final inspection as required.

- Check components for dimensional accuracy using vernier calipers, micrometers, gauges and other measuring instruments.

- Verify product appearance, colour, assembly condition and workmanship.

- Ensure inspection is carried out at the required frequency as per the Control Plan / Inspection Standard.

- Record inspection results accurately in inspection sheets, check sheets and other quality records.

- Segregate and identify OK, NG and suspect parts to prevent mixing of defective components with accepted parts.

- Immediately inform the Production Supervisor / Quality Engineer about any quality deviation or repeated defect.

- Support containment and corrective action for quality issues at the production line.





- Monitor process parameters where required and report abnormal conditions to the concerned personnel.

- Verify identification, traceability, batch/lot details and material status.

- Ensure proper use and handling of measuring instruments.

- Maintain cleanliness and discipline at the inspection area.

- Support line clearance during product/model changeover.

- Conduct re-inspection of reworked or corrected parts before release.

- Assist Quality Engineers in defect analysis and improvement activities.

- Follow company procedures, work instructions, safety requirements and quality standards.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
