Inspect raw materials, fabrics, and trims to ensure they meet quality standards Monitor production processes to maintain consistent product quality Conduct in-line and final inspections of garments before shipment Identify defects and ensure corrective actions are implemented Prepare quality inspection reports and maintain documentation Coordinate with production and merchandising teams to resolve quality issues Ensure compliance with buyer specifications and industry standards Perform tests for fabric strength, color fastness, and durability Train production staff on quality standards and procedures Ensure finished products meet customer requirements before dispatch
