Production Manager cum Quality Control (Tile Adhesives/ Floor Hardner/ Grout)

Location: Bhairahawa, Nepal (Accomodation will be provided)

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and manage daily, weekly, and monthly production as per business requirements.
- Supervise batching, mixing, and packing operations to achieve production targets.
- Ensure proper utilization and dosing of raw materials as per approved formulations.
- Coordinate with Stores, Quality Control, Maintenance, and Dispatch teams.
- Monitor raw material, in-process, and finished-product quality.
- Ensure compliance with NS, BIS, and EN quality standards.
- Handle quality issues, batch rejections, customer complaints, and corrective actions.
- Maintain production records, stock records, wastage reports, and MIS.
- Manage, train,



and supervise production operators and QC staff.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, safety, PPE, 5S, and housekeeping standards.
- Identify opportunities to reduce wastage, downtime, rejection, and production costs.
- Support R&D; activities, product trials, formulation improvements, and production scale-up.

Technical Knowledge Required:
- Robust knowledge of Tile Adhesive, Cementitious & Epoxy Grout, Floor Hardener, Repair Mortar, Block Mortar, and Waterproofing Dry Mix.
- Working knowledge of RDP, HPMC/Cellulose Ethers, fibers, defoamers, retarders, accelerators, and other additives.
