Role Description The Quality–Construction Equipments role is a full-time, on-site position based in Faridabad, focused on ensuring the quality and reliability of construction equipment and fabricated components. Day-to-day responsibilities include inspecting equipment and sheet metal parts, verifying compliance with technical specifications, and monitoring adherence to ISO and OHSAS standards.

The role involves coordinating with production and engineering teams to address nonconformities, implementing corrective and preventive actions, and maintaining detailed quality documentation and reports.



The individual will support continuous improvement initiatives, participate in internal audits, and assist in optimizing processes for equipment handling, installation, and maintenance. Collaboration with suppliers and clients to resolve quality-related issues and ensure timely, quality-focused project delivery is also a key part of this role.

Qualifications

- Strong background in quality control and quality assurance for construction equipment, fabricated structures, or heavy engineering components.
- Knowledge of ISO standards, OHSAS practices, and industry norms relevant to steel structures, bridges, and railway or infrastructure projects.
- Experience with inspection methods, testing procedures, and the use of measuring instruments and gauges for dimensional and visual checks.
- Familiarity with sheet metal fabrication processes, welding techniques (including robotic and CNC-based systems), and equipment maintenance basics.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, technical specifications, and project documentation.
- Strong analytical, documentation, and report-writing skills, with proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office).
- Effective communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with production, engineering, and safety teams.
- Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or a related technical discipline; relevant certifications in quality or safety are an advantage.
