Role Description The Quality Auditor is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, responsible for monitoring and evaluating quality standards across Basil outlets and operations. This role includes conducting regular audits of food preparation, hygiene practices, and service delivery to ensure compliance with internal and regulatory requirements.

The Quality

Auditor will document findings, prepare reports, and collaborate with outlet managers and operations teams to implement corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives. Day-to-day tasks involve reviewing processes, analyzing data trends, verifying adherence to quality protocols,



and providing training or guidance to teams on quality best practices. The role also contributes to developing and refining quality frameworks that support Basil’s commitment to transparency and consistently fresh, honest food.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Quality Auditing and Quality Control to effectively review processes and ensure adherence to standards.
- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify trends, and recommend practical improvements.
- Candidates should possess capabilities in Quality Management and Quality Assurance to support the design, implementation, and oversight of quality frameworks.
- Relevant experience in food service, hospitality, or manufacturing quality roles is beneficial.
- A diploma or degree in food technology, quality management, hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail, clear written and verbal communication, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams are important.
- Familiarity with food safety standards, hygiene regulations, and audit documentation tools is an advantage.
- A laptop is a must.
