Hiring: Quality Analyst – Travel PPC Calls

Location: Udyog Vihar, Gurgaon

Working Days: 5 days/week

Role: Quality Analyst – Travel Process

Experience: 1–4 years in Quality/QA, preferably travel, BPO or PPC process

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor and audit US & Spanish PPC travel calls.
- Evaluate calls for quality, compliance, sales conversion and customer handling.
- Share feedback and conduct quality coaching with agents.
- Prepare QA reports and identify process improvement areas.
- Ensure adherence to client and company quality standards.

Requirements:

- Experience in call quality analysis/monitoring.
- Strong communication and analytical skills.
- Spanish language proficiency preferred/required for Spanish-call auditing.
- Travel/PPC process experience will be an advantage.
