- Control Plan.

Process

Improvement

- Implement Lean / Six Sigma / Kaizen initiatives

- Standardize best practices across shifts

- Adherence to EHS Standards &
- Secure working practices.

- Update MIS dashboards for management review

- Coordination with Production &

- Maintenance to ensure process improvements

- Education: B.Tech (Mechanical / Electrical)

- Experience in:

- Automated or semi-automated winding & testing Lines

- Exposure to:

- ISO / IMS systems

- Continuous improvement culture
