Roles and Responsibilities :
- Lead quality control activities on construction projects to ensure compliance with project specifications, codes, and regulations.
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify defects, anomalies, and potential issues before they become major problems.
- Develop and implement effective quality management systems (QMS) to improve overall project performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues and implement corrective actions.
Job Requirements :
- 7-10 years of experience in QA/QC engineering or a related field.
- Solid knowledge of electricals, MEP systems, civil works, and building materials.
- Proven track record in conducting quality audits and implementing corrective actions.
