Role Description This is a full time, in office Python Developer position based in Gurugram, focused on automation development.

The Python

Developer will design, develop, and maintain backend services and automation scripts that streamline workflows, integrate systems, and improve operational efficiency. Day-to-day responsibilities include writing clean, reusable, and testable Python code, implementing object-oriented designs,



and working with databases and APIs to build reliable solutions. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, optimize performance, troubleshoot issues, and participate in code reviews and documentation.

The developer is expected to contribute to continuous improvement of automation frameworks and support deployment and maintenance of production systems.

Qualifications

- Strong Programming and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) skills, with at least 1 year of hands-on automation experience and 5+ years in Python development.
- Proficiency in Back-End Web Development and Software Development, including building and maintaining APIs, services, and microservices.
- Experience working with Databases (SQL/NoSQL), including schema design, query optimization, and integration with backend applications.
- Solid understanding of software engineering practices such as version control (Git), testing frameworks, debugging, and code optimization.
- Experience with automation frameworks, scripting for CI/CD pipelines, and integration with cloud or on-premise environments is highly beneficial.
- Familiarity with enterprise environments, AI-driven or data-intensive systems, and secure coding practices is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
