Position: Purchase Executive – Real Estate

Salary: Up to ₹50,000 per month

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day purchasing and procurement activities for real estate/construction projects.
- Raise and process Material Indents, Purchase Orders (PO), GRNs and Purchase Bills through Farvision ERP.
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and approval procedures.

Mandatory Requirements

- Hands-on experience with Farvision ERP is compulsory.
- Experience in Real Estate / Construction / Infrastructure procurement.
- Positive knowledge of construction materials and project procurement processes.




- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer applications.

Experience 3+ years of relevant experience in Purchase/Procurement, preferably with a Real Estate Developer or Construction Company.

Preferred Candidate

- Candidates currently working with Real Estate Developers / Builders / Construction Companies.
- Candidates with strong Farvision ERP experience will be preferred.
- Should be able to independently handle the complete procurement cycle.

Pay: ₹10,878.29 - ₹37,182.55 per month
