About The Role

BizAarambh Clinet in Telecom Industry are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Purchase Executive / Assistant Manager –

- Purchase to manage the procurement of IT networking products and related accessories. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, purchasing, and ensuring timely delivery of networking equipment and materials while maintaining cost efficiency, quality standards, and solid vendor relationships.

What you'll do

- Sourcing

Source And Procure IT Networking Products, Including

- Antennas
- Networking Cables (CAT6, CAT6A, CAT7, etc.)
- Patch Cords
- Fiber Optic Cables
- Fiber Accessories (ODF, LIU, Patch Panels, Pigtails, Adapters, Connectors, Splitters, etc.)
- SFP Modules and other networking accessories
- Obtain quotations from multiple vendors and evaluate pricing, quality, lead time, and commercial terms.
- Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers.
- Prepare and issue Purchase Orders (POs) as per company requirements.
- Vendor Management
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential suppliers.
- Evaluate vendor performance based on quality, delivery, pricing, and service.
- Identify alternate sources to ensure uninterrupted supply and competitive pricing.
- Inventory &
- Procurement Planning
- Coordinate with the Sales, Project, and Warehouse teams to understand procurement requirements.
- Monitor inventory levels and initiate procurement to avoid stock shortages.
- Track order status and ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Documentation &
- Coordination
- Maintain procurement records, quotations, Purchase Orders, and supplier details.
- Verify invoices and coordinate with the Accounts team for payment processing.
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.
- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for smooth order processing and delivery.
- Cost Optimization
- Analyze market trends and vendor pricing to achieve cost savings.




- Identify opportunities for bulk purchasing and strategic sourcing.
- Prepare cost comparison reports and monitor procurement budgets.

What we're looking for
- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Electronics, IT, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in procurement/purchasing.
- Experience in IT Networking, Telecom, Fiber Optic, Wireless, Electronics, or Infrastructure products will be preferred.
- Knowledge of networking products and fiber optic components will be an advantage.

Required Skills

- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Good understanding of IT networking and fiber optic products.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in a similar industry.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP systems, and procurement software.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple procurement activities simultaneously.

- Cost savings achieved through negotiations.
- On-time procurement and delivery rate.
- Vendor performance and supplier turnaround time.
- Inventory availability and reduction in stock-outs.
- Accuracy of procurement documentation.
- Timely PO processing and order closure.

Preferred Experience

- Experience in procurement of Telecom, IT Networking, Wireless, Fiber Optic, and Data Center Infrastructure products.
- Familiarity with import procurement and logistics coordination.
- Experience sourcing from domestic and international vendors will be an added advantage.

The ideal candidate should have 3–5 years of relevant purchasing/procurement experience, preferably in the IT Networking, Telecom, Fiber, Wireless, or Electronics industry, with strong vendor negotiation, sourcing, cost comparison, and procurement coordination skills. Perks & benefits
