About the Role

We are looking for a creative and energetic Promotional Marketing Executive to plan and execute promotional activities that increase brand visibility, generate leads, and support sales growth. The ideal candidate should have positive communication skills, creativity, and an understanding of digital and offline marketing.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute promotional campaigns for the company and its projects.
- Develop and implement marketing activities to increase brand awareness and lead generation.
- Coordinate with the sales team to support project promotions and campaigns.
- Manage promotional activities across social media, digital platforms, and offline channels.
- Assist in creating promotional content, creatives, brochures, flyers, and other marketing materials.
- Coordinate with vendors, agencies, and other external partners for promotional activities.
- Organize and support events, exhibitions, property promotions, and customer engagement activities.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare basic reports on leads, reach, and engagement.
- Conduct market research to understand competitors, customer preferences, and market trends.




- Ensure all promotional activities follow the company's brand guidelines.
- Explore new promotional opportunities and marketing channels to generate quality leads.

Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms.
- Good coordination and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work with sales and marketing teams.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and basic marketing tools.
- Ability to manage multiple promotional activities and meet deadlines.

Qualifications MBA/BBA in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Preferred Experience

Experience in Real Estate, Property Marketing, Digital Marketing, Advertising, or Sales Promotion will be an advantage.
