NRole Summary: -
NThe TCoE Project Manager will be responsible for end-to-end planning, governance and delivery of testing services.
NThe role will coordinate across Bank stakeholders, application teams, infrastructure and security teams, third-party vendors and TCoE resources to ensure timely and quality delivery of Functional, Automation, Performance and Security Testing services.
NKey Responsibilities: -

- Prepare and manage the overall TCoE project plan, milestones, resource allocation, dependencies and delivery timelines.
N
- Act as the primary point of contact between Bank & ApMoSys teams, application owners, OEMs and third-party vendors.
N
- Govern the complete testing lifecycle, including requirement analysis, test planning, test design, execution, defect management and test closure.
N
- Manage Functional Testing, Test Automation, Performance Testing, Security Testing, API Testing and Integration Testing engagements.
N
- Coordinate application onboarding, environment readiness, access, test data, build deployment and interface availability.
N
- Conduct daily, weekly and monthly project reviews and publish status reports, dashboards and management updates.
N
- Manage multidisciplinary teams comprising test leads, functional testers, automation engineers, performance testers and security testers.
N
- Monitor test coverage, execution progress, pass percentage, defect ageing, automation coverage, vulnerabilities and performance observations.
N
- Facilitate defect triage meetings and ensure timely resolution, retesting, closure or formal risk acceptance.
N
- Track project risks, issues, assumptions and dependencies and define appropriate mitigation and escalation actions.
N
- Ensure adherence to Bank's SDLC/STLC processes, SLA, information-security policies, contractual requirements and regulatory expectations.
N
- Support audits and Bankreviews by maintaining complete project documentation, traceability and compliance evidence.

- Drive process standardization, reusable test assets, quality improvements and productivity enhancement across the TCoE.

nRequired Experience and Qualifications: -
N
n
- Bachelor's degreein Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or a related discipline.
N
- MBA, PMP, PRINCE2, CSM or ISTQB certification is preferred.
N
- 7+ years of experience in software testing, IT delivery or project management.
N
- Minimum 5 years of experience managing testing or quality-assurance projects.
N
- Experience in managing a Testing Centre of Excellence or large enterprise testing engagement(preferred)
N
- Robust knowledge of banking applications, testing governance, stakeholder management and vendor coordination.
N
- Experience managing Functional, Automation, Performance and Security Testing teams.
N
- Strong presentation, data analysis and representation skills
