Responsibility

•Plan, manage, and deliver multiple full stack development projects within defined timelines and budgets.

- Lead cross-functional teams including frontend, backend, QA, DevOps, and design resources.
- Drive project execution through Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) or hybrid models.
- Define clear project goals, deliverables, milestones, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, clients, and senior leadership to align on project requirements and outcomes.
- Conduct code reviews, sprint reviews, and performance tracking to ensure quality standards.
- Manage change requests, issue resolution, and team dependencies proactively.
- Foster an environment of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement across all teams.

Qualifications

•B.Tech / M.Tech / MCA in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline.

- 8–12 years of IT experience with a minimum of 3 years in project or delivery management.




- Demonstrated success in managing full lifecycle projects in a full stack or enterprise setting.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership qualities • Certifications like PMP / CSM / PRINCE2 / Agile PM preferred.
