Role PurposeWe are looking for an experienced Project Manager to plan, organize, coordinate, and drive multiple business related projects from initiation to successful completion.

The role requires a solid project management and business coordination professional, not a technical IT specialist. The candidate will work closely with business teams, IT teams, vendors, consultants, and senior management to ensure projects are properly planned, monitored, and delivered on time, within budget, and as per business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and manage projects from initiation to completion.
- Prepare detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, activities, and deliverables.
- Prepare and maintain Gantt charts and project trackers.
- Define project scope, priorities, dependencies, responsibilities, and deadlines.
- Coordinate with different departments and teams involved in the project.
- Coordinate with IT teams, software vendors, consultants, and external partners for IT-related projects.
- Understand business requirements and ensure they are properly communicated to the concerned technical teams.
- Track project progress against planned timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Monitor project budgets, estimated costs, actual expenses, and resource requirements.




- Conduct regular project review meetings and follow up on pending activities.
- Identify project risks, delays, dependencies, and bottlenecks and ensure timely corrective action.
- Escalate critical issues to senior management with suitable solutions.
- Ensure timely completion of project deliverables with the required quality.
- Maintain project documentation, status reports, meeting minutes, action trackers, and approvals.
- Coordinate resources across departments to ensure smooth project execution.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize activities based on business requirements.
- Coordinate testing, implementation, rollout, and handover activities for IT-related projects.
- Ensure proper communication between business users and technical teams.
- Monitor vendor performance, commitments, timelines, and deliverables.
- Conduct project closure reviews and document lessons learned.
- Identify opportunities to improve project planning, execution, and monitoring processes.

Preferred Experience
- 10–20 years of overall professional experience.
- Strong experience in managing large-scale business or organizational projects.
- Experience handling multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience in project planning, budgeting, scheduling, resource coordination, and management reporting.
- Experience working directly with senior management will be an advantage.
