Project Description:

Responsibilities:

- Deliver high-quality project and program outcomes within agreed timelines using collaboration tools and natural language prompts.
- Work closely with key stakeholders to ensure continuous engagement across multiple projects and workstreams.
- Drive consistent application of agreed strategies, processes, and team practices across projects and workstreams.
- Coordinate across teams to ensure alignment on priorities, dependencies, deliverables, and execution.
- Identify and manage cross-functional dependencies, risks, issues, and delivery challenges.
- Build strong relationships with business and technology stakeholders to maintain alignment and transparency.
- Apply strong knowledge of the business and its broader operating environment to support effective decision-making.
- Ensure clear communication of project status, priorities, actions, and outcomes to relevant stakeholders.

Mandatory Skills Description:





- 12 to 15 years of experience in Project Management, Program Management, Delivery Management, or a related role.
- Strong experience managing multiple projects, workstreams, and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Proven ability to deliver high-quality outcomes within committed timelines.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience working with collaboration and productivity tools.
- Ability to effectively use natural language prompts and modern AI-enabled tools to support project delivery and collaboration.
- Strong understanding of business processes and the broader organizational environment.
- Demonstrated ability to drive consistency in strategy, execution, and team practices across multiple workstreams.
- Strong coordination, prioritization, problem-solving, and risk management capabilities

Nice-to-Have Skills Description:

- Experience in large-scale enterprise or transformation programs.
- Exposure to AI-enabled productivity and collaboration tools.
- Experience working in complex, matrixed, or globally distributed organizations.
