Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Project In-Charge to independently manage project planning, execution, site operations, cost control, quality, safety and coordination with clients and consultants.

The candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed within the approved schedule, budget and quality standards, while maintaining effective coordination among the client, consultants, contractors, vendors and site teams.

Key Responsibilities

1. Project Planning & Scheduling

- Prepare project execution plans, work schedules and timelines.
- Develop and monitor project schedules and milestones.
- Plan manpower, materials, machinery and other resources.
- Track project progress against planned targets and take corrective action for delays.
- Conduct regular project review meetings and maintain progress reports.

2. Budgeting & Cost Control

- Prepare and monitor project budgets and cost estimates.
- Control project expenditure and ensure optimum utilization of resources.
- Monitor material consumption, labour costs and subcontractor expenses.
- Review BOQs, work orders, quotations and bills.
- Identify cost overruns and implement corrective measures.

3. Project Execution & Site Supervision

- Take overall responsibility for day-to-day project execution and site activities.
- Supervise contractors, subcontractors, vendors and site teams.
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications and project schedules.
- Coordinate procurement and timely availability of materials and equipment.




- Monitor daily work progress and resolve site-level issues.

4. Quality & Safety Implementation

- Ensure compliance with approved quality standards, specifications and procedures.
- Coordinate inspections and ensure timely rectification of quality issues.
- Implement site safety procedures and ensure compliance with safety requirements.
- Conduct regular site inspections and identify potential risks.
- Ensure proper use of PPE and adherence to safety practices.

5. Client & Consultant Coordination

- Act as the primary point of coordination between the project team, client and consultants.
- Attend client/consultant meetings and discuss project progress and issues.
- Coordinate approvals, inspections, drawings, technical clarifications and project documentation.
- Maintain professional relationships with clients and consultants.
- Address client concerns and ensure timely resolution of project-related issues.

6. Documentation & Reporting

- Maintain daily, weekly and monthly project progress reports.
- Maintain site records, work measurements, material records and inspection reports.
- Prepare MIS and management reports.
- Monitor project documentation and ensure records are updated.
- Assist in preparation of project completion and handover documentation.

Candidate Profile

- Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Civil, Mechanical or relevant engineering discipline.
- 4–8 years of relevant project/site execution experience.
- Strong knowledge of project planning, scheduling and site supervision.
- Experience in budgeting, costing and project cost control.
- Good knowledge of quality and safety practices.
- Strong client, consultant, contractor and vendor coordination skills.
- Good leadership, communication and problem-solving abilities.

Pay: ₹90,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
