Role Description The Project Lead is a full-time, on-site role based in Thamarassery. The role involves planning, coordinating, and executing sustainability-focused projects from inception to completion, ensuring that timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing project schedules, assigning tasks, tracking progress, and facilitating communication between internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders.

The Project

Lead will monitor project risks, prepare regular status reports, and propose corrective actions when needed.



This position also supports continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to optimize resource use and reduce environmental impact within ongoing and future projects.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated experience in project management, including planning, scheduling, and coordination of cross-functional activities.

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide teams, delegate tasks effectively, and resolve conflicts constructively.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder management, meeting facilitation, and report preparation.

- Familiarity with sustainability, environmental management, or resource optimization practices is highly beneficial.

- Proficiency in basic project management tools and office software (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations, project tracking applications).

- Ability to analyze data, interpret project metrics, and make informed decisions to improve project outcomes.

- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, environmental science, management, or a related field is preferred.

- Proven ability to work in office, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to changing project requirements.
