Nyks Design Studio LLP needs a civil engineer who can run site supervision AND own the commercial side of our turnkey interior projects: quantities, work orders, RA billing, quality control and scheduling.

Place of work: Nyks office, C-Scheme, Jaipur (office hours 10 am - 7 pm), with regular visits to our running sites in Jaipur.

Role & responsibilities:

- Commercial: quantity take-off from GFC drawings, BOQ preparation and rate analysis
- Draft subcontractor work orders: scope, rates, mode of measurement, payment terms, retention
- Joint measurements and Measurement Book (IS 1200 / contract mode); client RA bills and subcontractor bill certification (retention, advance recovery, TDS)
- Deviation and extra-item statements before excess work is executed; monthly material reconciliation
- Quality: trade-wise inspection checklists and hold points (ceilings, partitions, flooring, joinery, paint, MEP), material approval against approved makes and samples, mock-ups, NCRs and snag closure, handover documents
- Planning:



baseline schedule (MS Project or Excel Gantt), 2-week look-ahead, weekly progress vs plan, labour and material planning, delay reporting
- Lead site supervisors across 2-3 running sites

Preferred candidate profile
- B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering
- 5+ years on building / interior fit-out projects, including 2+ years preparing RA bills
- Hands-on client AND subcontractor billing; drafting work orders
- QC checklists and hold-point inspections on live sites
- MS Project or Primavera (MS Project is enough); solid Excel and AutoCAD measurement
- Background with a turnkey interior contractor preferred
