- Required B.SC (PCM/CBZ) AND MSC (CHEMISTRY, MICRO CHEMISTRY, BIO-CHEMISTRY) of fresher candidates in reputed pharma industry
- Operate production machines and equipment as per standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Assist in machine setup, changeovers, and basic troubleshooting.
- Monitor the production process and ensure smooth machine operation.
- Perform basic inspection of products to ensure they meet quality requirements.
- Maintain proper records of production, machine operation, and process parameters.
- Handle raw materials, components, and finished products safely.
- Work effectively with supervisors, engineers, quality, and maintenance teams.
- Be willing to work in shifts, including rotational/night shifts when required.
