As a Senior Cyber Portfolio & M&A; Risk Analyst, you will support cyber risk review across the deal lifecycle and broader security portfolio. You will assess cyber exposure in M&A; activities, track key risk themes, coordinate follow-ups and help leadership make informed decisions through clear reporting and analysis.

- Support cyber due diligence across M&A; and portfolio activities.
- Assess cyber risk, identify key issues and track remediation actions
- Coordinate across security, business and deal teams to support timely execution.
- Build clear reporting on risk findings, trends and decision points.
- Help strengthen governance and consistency across cyber portfolio processes.
- Prepare risk assessments and findings reports for leadership and deal teams
- Track remediation of cyber findings identified during due diligence
- Support portfolio-level security governance and reporting
- Maintain playbooks for M&A; cybersecurity due diligence processes
What you'll bring
Skills Required:
- 5+ years of experience in cyber risk, security governance,
portfolio risk or M&A; due diligence
- Robust understanding of cyber risk assessment and issue prioritization • Experience supporting M&A; diligence, risk reviews or transaction-related security activities
- Strong project coordination, stakeholder management and reporting skills
- Ability to work across multiple teams and keep actions moving to closure
- Familiarity with security frameworks, controls and remediation tracking is preferred
- Hands-on experience with Security portfolio management and M&A; cyber due diligence
- Experience in global or matrixed environments is preferred
- Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking
