Product Manager : HRTech & AI-Native Platform
What you’ll do
Discover the real problem
- Work directly with employees, store managers, recruiters, HR teams, business leaders and engineers.
- Absorb inputs from multiple stakeholders without treating every suggestion as a requirement.
- Separate symptoms, preferences and edge cases from the underlying problem.
- Use workflow observation, data and root-cause analysis to understand where work actually breaks.
- Convert ambiguous business problems into clear product hypotheses and measurable outcomes.
Build products that work in the real world
- Own the journey from discovery and product definition through launch, adoption and iteration.
- Write clear product requirements, user stories, process flows, data contracts and acceptance criteria.
- Design for different workforce contexts—frontline, manufacturing, corporate, Tech/Product and recent markets.
- Make thoughtful build, buy, integrate, extend and retire recommendations.
- Protect the global product core while accounting for legitimate country, policy and operational differences.
Work deeply with technology and data
- Collaborate closely with engineering, architecture, data, security and enterprise IT teams.
- Understand APIs, system integrations, identity, data models, events, permissions and failure scenarios.
- Use SQL, analytics tools or structured data exploration to answer product questions independently.
- Define instrumentation before launch and use evidence not anecdotes to assess outcomes.
- Challenge point-to-point fixes that create long-term complexity or operational risk.
- Consider reliability, privacy,
security and scalability part of the product—not post-launch checklists.
Make AI useful, trusted and measurable
- Identify problems where AI can materially improve speed, quality or cost not simply add an AI label.
- Help develop grounded assistants, intelligent workflows and automation.
- Define evaluation datasets, quality thresholds, escalation paths and human accountability.
- Measure successful task completion, outcome quality, time saved, cost per successful task and user trust.
- Stop or redesign AI use cases that do not meet quality, fairness, security or economic thresholds.
Drive decisions and execution
- Prioritise ruthlessly across user pain, business value, risk, effort and strategic fit.
- Align senior stakeholders without relying on endless meetings or consensus.
- Surface trade-offs early and communicate decisions clearly.
- Work through dependencies and operational constraints to get products shipped.
- Stay close to adoption after launch and take ownership of business outcomes—not merely feature delivery.
You’ll thrive here if you
- Have 3–5 years of Core product management experience
- Are street-smart and resourceful: you can make progress even when the process, ownership or data is imperfect.
- Are intellectually curious and willing to go several layers deeper than the initial request.
- Can process conflicting inputs without becoming paralysed or turning the roadmap into a stakeholder wish list.
- Have strong product judgment and know when to use research, data, first principles or a fast experiment.
- Are technically fluent enough to have meaningful conversations about APIs, data flows, integrations, identity and system reliability & can get your hands dirty when required to build.
- Can communicate equally well with an engineer, an HR operations specialist, a store manager and a senior executive.
- Prefer solving a meaningful problem over shipping a fashionable feature.
Technical comfort we’re looking for You do not need to be an engineer, but you should be comfortable with several of the following:
- REST APIs, webhooks and system integrations
- Relational data models and basic SQL
- Identity, roles and permissions
- Event-driven workflows and automation
- Product analytics and experimentation
- AI/LLM concepts such as retrieval, evaluation, grounding and Evals
- Security, privacy and data-residency considerations
- Enterprise platforms such as HRMS, ATS, payroll, CRM or workflow systems
What you can expect from this role
- Real ownership, not backlog administration.
- Problems that sit at the intersection of people, technology and global scale.
- Space to experiment with AI, with clear expectations around evidence and responsibility.
- A high-learning environment where curiosity, speed and depth are valued.
A note before you apply You do not need to match every bullet. We care more about how you think, learn and operate than whether your previous job title was perfect.
