Must Have:

Required Technical Skills

OpenShift

- Experience in OpenShift Container Platform administration and support.
- Knowledge of Pods, Deployments, Services, Routes, ConfigMaps, and Secrets.
- Troubleshooting container and application deployment issues.
- Log analysis using OpenShift CLI and monitoring tools.

MongoDB
- MongoDB administration and support experience.
- Query execution, performance monitoring, and indexing strategies.
- Backup, recovery, replication, and troubleshooting.
- Experience handling production database issues.

SQL
- Strong SQL querying and debugging skills.
- Experience with complex joins, stored procedures, views, and performance tuning.
- Data validation and troubleshooting using SQL.

Good to Have:

Incident Management

- Monitor production alerts and respond promptly.
- Analyze application failures and restore services within SLA timelines.
- Engage stakeholders during major incidents.

Problem Management




- Identify recurring issues and perform trend analysis.
- Conduct RCA and implement preventive measures.

Change & Release Support
- Support application deployments and release activities.
- Perform post-deployment validation and health checks.

Database Support
- Monitor MongoDB database health and performance.
- Execute SQL scripts and support data correction activities when required.

Application Monitoring
- Utilize monitoring tools to track infrastructure and application performance.
- Proactively identify bottlenecks and capacity concerns.

Essential:

- Provide L2/L3 production support for business-critical applications.
- Monitor application health, system performance, and infrastructure components.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production incidents within defined SLAs.
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring issues and implement permanent fixes.
- Support containerized applications deployed on OpenShift platforms.
- Monitor and manage MongoDB databases, ensuring optimal performance and availability.
- Write and optimize SQL queries for troubleshooting, data validation, and issue resolution.
- Coordinate with development, infrastructure, and business teams during incident resolution.
- Handle deployment support, application releases, and production validation.
- Create and maintain knowledge base documents, SOPs, and support runbooks.
- Participate in on-call support and rotational shifts, if required.
- Ensure compliance with ITIL processes including Incident, Change, and Problem Management.

Minimum Qualification:

- 15 years of full-time education
- Minimum percentile of 50% in 10th, 12th, UG & PG (if applicable)
