Roles and Responsibilities

- Assist in production operations, ensuring compliance with BMR (Batch Manufacturing Record) guidelines.

- Coordinate with production planning team to ensure timely availability of raw materials and equipment.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for effective manpower handling and optimization of resources.

- Ensure accurate documentation of all production activities, including batch records and inventory management.

- Monitor and control production processes to maintain quality standards, adhering to cGMP regulations.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Fresher and 1 year experience in pharmaceutical industry or related field (production management, supervision).

- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders.

- Robust understanding of production planning, controlling, and supervising principles; knowledge of GMP practices preferred.

- Diploma or degree holder in relevant discipline (e.g., B.Sc Bio-Chemistry, B.Sc Chemistry).
